We accept PayPal payment, Credit Card payment.

Tax Inclusive Pricing
1. All prices displayed are final and inclusive of applicable taxes and fees, including but not limited to:

  • France: VAT + customs clearance fees

  • Switzerland: VAT + customs clearance fees

  • Belgium: VAT + customs clearance fees

  • Other regions: All legally required levies

2. The Company acts as the importer of record for all international shipments, assuming responsibility for tax calculations and payments. No additional charges will be requested upon delivery.

Security Guarantee

Your security is our top priority. We employ advanced encryption and security measures to protect your information. To date, we have not received any reports of fraudulent credit card use resulting from purchases made with us. Rest assured, your personal information is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Shipping
Products are shipped by La Poste, PostNL, DHL.

Orders are usually shipped on the same day after order confirmation and payment.
You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped. A tracking number will be provided, which will become active within 24 hours. Please note that this process may take longer during events or holidays. If you are unable to track your package normally, please contact us, and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at order@pc-portable-batterie.com, and we will promptly check the situation with the transportation company. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct. If you need to change your address, please send an email to us within 24 hours after payment. We are not responsible for incorrect or non-existent addresses.
We can cancel your order if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is complete and the parcel has not been shipped out, you can cancel your order before delivery. We will refund the full amount. Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped out.
We will provide a tracking number and a tracking link promptly. If you have not received your item for an extended period, please contact us promptly. We will confirm the status with the couriers and get back to you as soon as possible.
If the product gets lost during transportation, we will arrange a replacement for you and bear the shipping cost ourselves. Alternatively, we will issue a full refund if you no longer need the item.
